The Australian startup Incent focused on an unusual promotion of its INCNT token – it will allow customers of United Petrol service stations it supports to receive a 20% refund of the value of purchased fuel in the form of company tokens.
The promotion is limited in time, and the press release appeared only a few days ago, so there’s still time before we can determine the success of this venture.
About the company
Incent is a startup whose goal is to “build wealth” using cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. The company focuses on building a community and a wide range of prizes offered in Australia, providing measurable benefits to its members in exchange for using the company token.
Cooperation with United Petrol was decided because the company wants to enable companies that trust the INCNT token to compete with global giants. As CEO of Incent, Rob Inc. Wilson explained, United Petrol is a 100% Australian company that always strives to offer the best services in the country.
Promotion and how to take part in it?
In order for users to receive a 20% return on purchases, they will have to register on the platform and synchronize their bank account with it, thanks to which they will receive a cryptocurrency bonus. Currently, there are over 450 fuel points owned by United Petrol in the country, so there’s a lot of chances for a return on the investment.
As Wilson commented:
“After the bank account synchronization, the user receives rewards automatically. There are no plastic cards to remember, nothing to swipe between the customer and company. Consumers can easily save during their daily expenses.”
The offer is expected to last just a few days, so those interested must really hurry. Furthermore, withdrawals will only be possible after users have subscribed to the platform.
Not just fuel
Users can also pay their bills using cryptocurrencies, thanks to the partnership of the Gobbill payment company and the local Cointree crypto exchange.
These types of promotions can reach people especially now, when oil prices are stillrising, affecting the consumers themselves. The largest oil refinery located in Saudi Arabia had an accident which affected barrel prices around the world.
The new reimbursement program is designed to help Australians cope with such a sharp rise in prices, as well as pave the way for Incent itself, acquiring a new customer base.
